One week ago today I found out I was pregnant. What's been going on since then?!
*We've told pretty much anyone who'll listen (haven't broken the news on my regular blog yet, I plan to wait until after the first appointment)
*Made my first OB appt. November 9th (it feels like an ETERNITY away!)
*Found the babysitter!! Yippeeee!
*Pee more than imaginable. It's insane.
*Gassy. Gross, huh?!
*Gassy leads to bloating. I don't think I'd ever been bloated before. I have now. It sucks!
*Sooooo tired. Like hit by a train and just want to sleep 24 hours a day tired.
*HAPPY! Very, very happy.
*I've cut back on the intensity of my workouts. I don't run anymore. I don't do ab work or high intensity cardio. I'm still walking and doing light weights. It feels odd to change it up - but my doctor said I could still work out daily, just lower intensity.
*My diet hasn't changed much - I ate pretty healthy before getting pregnant - I've added in some fruit juice and some more fruits. I also eat more crackers : )
*Talked a lot about names - and I think we've pretty much come up with them (we already had middle names, and a girls name - so really it was just a boys first name) - I'm planning on sharing, probably after first appointment.
*Did I mention how TIRED I am?! Super tired!
*Nauseous. Everything makes me nauseous. Smells. Thoughts. EVERYTHING.
*So, all in all it sounds pretty horrible, huh?! Well - I already know it's worth it!!!
I mentioned to Chris the other day that if we are right on the calculation of the due date that we are still SUPER early in this pregnancy. He said "I love this pregnancy thing, so the longer the better." I feel the same way : )
